紫外-微波复合诱变选育高产酿酒酵母菌株

摘要: 微波是一种高频电磁波,人们在微生物遗传育种的研究中,逐渐认识到微波作为一种物理诱变剂具有显著的成效,本试验以酿酒酵母(Saccharomyces cerevisiae)31206 作为出发菌株,通过紫外线照射、微波辐照复合诱变选育出一株高产酿酒酵母菌株Y-9-3,产酒精度达18.0%,经8 次传代发酵培养表明其具有较好地遗传稳定性。Abstract: Microwave is a high-frequency electromagnetic waves. People gradually recognized it as a significant physical mutagen.A high-ethanol-yield Saccharomyces cerevisiae strain Y-9-3 was acquired by UV irradiation and microwave mutation fromSaccharomyces cerevisiae 31206 in this paper. The mutant strain has a higher alcohol-production ability, which could achieve18.0 %,and it also has a good stability of producing ethanol.
