W 波段焦面阵成像Teflon 衍射微透镜阵列研究

    Research on Teflon Diffractive Small Lens Array for Focal Plane Imaging at W Wave-Band

    • 摘要: 提出并设计了一种应用于W 波段焦面阵成像的新型二元Teflon 衍射微透镜阵列。新型衍射微透镜阵列仅有两个台阶,与传统折射微透镜阵列相比,大幅度地降低了加工制作的难度。用几何光学、物理光学及FDTD相结合的混合数值方法分析计算了物镜焦区场与微透镜阵列的耦合特性,混合数值分析方法的正确性通过相关实验得到了验证。研究表明,衍射微透镜阵列可具有良好的成像性能。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, a binary diffractive small lens array (SLA) which can be fabricated easily, is introduced and designed for focal plane imaging in W wave-band. Comparing with common refractive SLA, the designed two-step binary diffractive SLA is easier to fabricate. The hybrid numerical method combining of geometrical optics/ physical optics and FDTD,is adopted to analyze the coupling between the diffracted field in the focal region of the objective lens and SLA. The hybrid numerical method has also been verified by the relative experimental results. Simulated results show that, the diffractive SLA has good imagine performance.
