Abstract:
The measure and calibration of the antenna phase center is important to the high precise tracking. Because the measure and calibration of the antenna phase center can reduce the error from the measure point of the antenna . The paper introduces a new method of calibrating GPS receiving antenna phase center in Anechoic Chamber. Based on the practical measured phase pattern, calculating the phase center and correcting the phase pattern repeatedly using the method can improve the calibration accuracy. The simulation results validate the calibration method is feasible and can obtain a higher calibrating accuracy.
