电磁轨道炮膛内弹丸测速雷达电磁兼容设计

    EMC Design of Pill Velocity Measurement Radar Inside Cavity of Electromagnetic Rail Gun

    • 摘要: 电磁轨道炮膛内弹丸测速雷达通常工作在强磁场环境中。 本文在分析电磁轨道炮和弹丸速度测量多普勒雷达基本结构和工作原理的基础上,讨论了强磁场环境中弹丸测速雷达的电磁兼容问题,包括电磁轨道炮电磁辐射特点以及强电磁屏蔽的原理、要求与设计考虑。利用多普勒雷达测速方法设计了 1 套切实可行的电磁轨道炮膛内弹丸速度测试系统,以用于实时、精确、自动测量电磁炮膛内弹丸速度,解决了电磁炮研究中的急需问题。

       

      Abstract: Pill velocity measurement radar inside cavity of electromagnetic rail gun usually works in the environment of strong magnetic field. Based on the analysis of basic structure and principle of electromagnetic trail gun and pill velocity measurement doppler radar, pill velocity measurement radar EMC issue under strong electromagnetic environment is discussed, included electromagnetic radiation feature of electromagnetic trail gun, technical principle of electromagnetic shield and shield request or design consideration. It designed a suit of feasible velocity test system of electromagnetic rail gun inside cavity by means of velocity measure doppler radar.The system could be adopted to measure the pill velocity of electromagnetic rail gun inside cavity in real time,accuracy and auto-measurement,it solved the emergent puzzle in the electromagnetic rail gun research.
