Ku 波段频综接收机研制

    Design of a Frequency Synthesis and Receiver of Ku Band

    • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种Ku 波段频综接收机,主要实现为雷达提供多功能发射激励信号和接收回波信号。采用了直接合成、数字间接合成的相结合方法实现Ku 波段频率合成,利用DDS 生成多种模式数字波形信号,通过两次上变频产生Ku 波段雷达发射激励信号,接收机采用和差双通道超外差接收方式接收雷达回波信号,通过电磁仿真、CAD 优化和MCM 技术进行结构和电路设计,实现小型一体化Ku 波段频综接收机。实测Ku 波段频综发射激励信号相位噪声为:-100dBc/Hz@1kHz,杂散-65dBc,接收增益40±1dB。

       

      Abstract: This paper describes a Ku band frequncy synthesizer and receiver which provide transmited excitation signal for radar and receive the echo signal. Using direct sythesis and indirect sythesis for the frequency synthesize of Ku band and DDS for multi-mode digital waveform ,it produces the radar transmitter excitation signal by twice frequency conversion and receives echo sigle by twice down frequency conversion. Utilize CAD and EMC and MCM for the designing of the circuit and structure to achieve integration of Ku-band frequency synthesizer receiver. Testing phase noise of the frequency synthesizer receiver are better than -100dBc/Hz@1kHz,clutter better than -65dBc and gain is 40±1dB.
