复杂整车结构的电磁兼容多软件联合建模

    Electromagnetic Compatibility Multi-software Co-modeling Technology of Vehicle Level Complex Structures

    • 摘要: 为突破复杂车体结构的电磁兼容(EMC)建模难题,提出了基于多软件的整车联合建模技术。利用有限元软件HyperMesh对复杂车体各关键部分的CATIA模型进行简化和网格剖分,开发Matlab程序提取剖分后的节点坐标数据,并在Matlab中编写形成网格模型的程序,重构成FEKO等电磁仿真软件可以处理的整车EMC模型。最后,建立了某型汽车整车级天线的电磁辐射发射模型,通过比较辐射场强的仿真和试验结果验证了方法的有效性。

       

      Abstract: To overcome the difficulty for the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) modeling technology of the complex vehicle structures, this article proposed a multisoftware vehicle level cosimulation technology. With the finite element software HyperMesh to simplify and mesh the complex CATIA model of a vehicle,develope Matlab program for extracting the grid data, and edit program in Matlab to build grid model, then import the vehicle grid to electromagnetic simulation software FEKO to obtain the desire accuracy vehicle level EMC model. Finally, the vehicle level antenna electromagnetic radiated emission model of a certain type automobile is established , the radiated electric field strength modeling and simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method.
