摘要: 3mm 波段多层平板波导缝隙阵天线口面利用率、阻抗带宽明显优于传统单层结构,适用于小型化高精度无线探测设备。由于3mm 波段波长短,加工误差对天线性能影响较大,本文重点分析了加工工艺对天线参数选取的影响,对电气设计进行了优化,更好地满足了可制造性要求。通过加工3mm 的平板缝隙阵天线样件,对其缝隙参数的加工误差进行定量分析,并且对比了电气性能的仿真和实测结果,证明了该设计方法的有效性和实用性。Abstract: 3mm multi layer waveguide slot array antennas excel the single layer ones in the aperture efficiency and im pedance band, which have been employed in miniaturization high resolution radar detection. Because the wavelength is short at 3mm band, the machining errors influence the antenna performance. The paper analyses the machining process influences to the antenna parameters choices. The design method is optimized to satisfy the criterions of manufacturability. Through pro cessing a prototype of 3mm planar slot array, analyzing the error of slot parameters quantitatively, and comparing the simula tion and measured results of electrical performance, the validity and practicability of the design method was proved.
