一种宽带多波束微带阵列天线的设计与实现*

    Design and Realization of a Broadband Multi beam Microstrip Antenna Array

    • 摘要: 针对目前多波束切换天线研究中存在的带宽窄、性能低等问题,通过基于Butler 矩阵的馈电网络整体结构设计和差分移相器快速设计方法研究,实现了具有23%带宽的宽带多波束合成网络;通过V 形缝隙矩形贴片和变形双仔枝节耦合馈电设计,展宽了微带阵列单元天线带宽;设计实现了4×2个阵元的宽带、高增益、多波束移动通信天线系统,测试结果表明:在整个工作频段内该天线系统四个波束能够无缝覆盖90°工作扇区,驻波比小于1.5,波束增益达到16dBi。

       

      Abstract: In order to overcome the problems of narrow band and poor performance existed in the current design of multi beam switched antenna, this paper studies the butler matrix based design methods of feed network and the fast design technique of the differential phase shifter. The results realized the broadband multi beam synthetic networks with a 23% bandwidth. The bandwidth of microstrip array's unit is increased by using the V shaped slot loaded by rectangular patch and the distortion of double shaped stub to coupled feeding. As a consequence, we obtain a broadband, high gain, and multibeam mobile communication antenna system. The measured results show that this antenna system can generate four beams covering 900 working area seamlessly. The VSWR is less than 1. 5dB and the gain can reach 16dBi.
