基于LTCC 的Ka 波段三阶交叉耦合SIW 滤波器*

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)工艺研制而成的Ka 波段带通滤波器。该滤波器由三个交叉耦合的集成介质波导(SIW)谐振器构成。滤波器在j4.0 处的衰减极点使得其频率选择特性具有非对称性。通过电磁仿真软件的仿真优化,实际加工滤波器的测试结果与软件仿真结果吻合很好。其中心频率是35.8GHz,1dB 带宽是1GHz,带内插损小于4.2dB。该小型化LTCC 滤波器已成功应用于某毫米波战场识别系统的T/ R 组件中。

       

      Abstract: This paper presents a novel third order cross coupled rectangular cavity filter by using standard low temperature co fired ceramic technology, where multilayer substrate integrated waveguides are implemented. In particular, the desired filter has a single finite frequency attenuation pole at j4. 0 with asymmetrical frequency selectivity. An experimental band pass filter (BPF) has been fabricated and measured. The insertion loss of the filter is greater than 4.2dB and 1dB bandwidth is about 1GHz at the center frequency 35. 8GHz. Good agreement is obtained between the simulated and measured S parameters of the proposed filter. This miniaturized filter has been successfully applied in T/ R component of the millimeter wave identification system in the battlefield.
