煤炭低温微波提质系统研究与设计

    Research and Design of the Low Temperature Microwave System of Quality-Upgrading for Coal

    • 摘要: 褐煤因其含水率太高无法合理利用。介绍了一种用于褐煤脱水的低温微波装置。该装置采用新型微波加热技术,与传统方法相比,具有高效、安全和无污染的优点。详细介绍了该装置的组成、主要指标。采用多模谐振腔的设计提高了加热均匀性和加热效率,特有的微波漏能抑制器和网孔设计使微波泄漏功率很小。应用微波理论和仿真进行了较深入的分析,仿真也验证了理论分析结果。最后,实验数据表明,该装置的处理能力和加热均匀性均达到预期,性能良好。其研究成果可推广于产业化应用。

       

      Abstract: Lignite can't be utilized on a large scale at present because of its high moisture. The paper describes the low temperature microwave drying equipment for the lignite dehydration. The equipment uses a new solution of microwave heating,which has the advantage of high efficiency ,safety and pollution-free by comparison with the traditional methods. The paper introduces the constitutes and main indexes of the equipment. The design uses the multimode cavity to improve the heating uniformity and heating efficiency ,and the particular design of microwave leakage choker and mesh can minimize the power of microwave leakage. The paper presents a detailed analysis based on microwave theory and simulation, and the results of simulation are shown to confirm the validity of the theory. At last, the working ability and heating uniformity of the equipment are proved by experiments, and have good performance . The research fruits will forward the industry application.
