面向顶置车载FM天线分析任务的整车模型简化*

    Task Oriented Vehicle Model Simplification for Roof-mounted FM Antenna Analysis

    • 摘要: 汽车整车建模是汽车电磁兼容性能预测和仿真的重点和难点,模型准确度决定了分析结果的可信度,模型规模则直接关系到分析所需的硬件资源与耗时长短。常见的模型简化方法是简单地删除模型细节和填补孔缝,这种不考虑被删减细节与分析结果之间关联性的简单清理方法往往是导致较大分析误差的主要源头。本文以顶置车载FM 收音天线的分析为例,提出面向分析任务的模型简化思路,以减小分析误差为首要目的,将整车模型中的金属部分划分为多个组件,研究各组件与分析结果的相关性,并据此提出面向分析任务、确保合理误差的模型简化规则。某两厢车模型按本文简化方案简化后,整车模型网格数量下降34%,仿真时间缩短72%,内存需求降低57%,但分析得到的方向图畸变仅0. 2,达到了在不影响分析结果的前提下简化模型、提高分析效率的目的。

       

      Abstract: In vehicle EMC performance pre-evaluation and analysis, the size of the vehicle EM model defines the hardware requirement and time consumption, while the precision of the vehicle EM model defines the accuracy of the simulation result. However, model size and model precision are normally contradictory. In order to cut down the model size and keep the simulation result intact, a task oriented model simplification scheme is put forward. Roof-mounted FM antenna simulation is taken as an example task. Relationship between different metal parts on the vehicle body and the antenna pattern in XY plane is studied, and vehicle model simplification rules are proposed. An accordingly simplified hatchback model shows a reduction 34% in model size, 72% in analyzing time consumption, and 57% in memory requirement. The pattern distortion turns out to be as low as 0.2.
