S 波段径向线陶瓷密封窗的分析与设计

    Analysis and Design on S-Band Radial Line Ceramics Sealing Window

    • 摘要: 为了实现对径向线输入与输出部分的真空密封,优化高功率阵列天线的拓扑结构,本文研究了一种径向线陶瓷密封窗。基于模式匹配法理论分析了径向线陶瓷密封窗的传输与反射特性,之后以此为依据对其进行了仿真设计,改进了结构实现方式,降低了三相点和突变结构对密封窗表面电场的影响。设计结果表明:该径向线陶瓷密封窗反射系数小于0.1,设计功率容量约150 MW。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize the vacuum sealing of the radial line between the input and the output section, optimize the topology of high-power array antenna, the paper presents a scheme of radial line ceramics sealing window. Based on the pattern matching method, the radial line ceramic sealing window of the transmission and reflection characteristics is analyzed. On this basis, simulation designed to improve the structure of the implementation, reducing the impact on the sealing window’s surface field of the triple point and mutation in the structure. The results show that: this radial line sealing window’s reflected coefficient is less than 0.1, and power capacity attain is about 150MW.
