有压差工况下天线密封结构的气体泄漏特性研究

    Investigation on Gas Leakage Characteristics of Antenna Sealing Structure in Pressure Difference Conditions

    • 摘要: 本文采用当量思想对高功率径向线螺旋阵列天线屏蔽箱密封结构在有压差工况下的气体泄漏特性进行了研究。阐述了当量面积法,并结合实际情况和相关公式获得了密封结构的当量面积,在此基础上,对密封结构的气体泄漏过程进行了理论计算和数值仿真,并通过长时间的气体泄漏实验进行了验证。研究表明数值仿真和实验基本吻合,相对理论计算,数值仿真更准确,且具有速度更快、更节约成本及能获得气体参数分布等特点。该方法为快速实现天线密封结构的气体泄漏特性分析提供了手段。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the idea of equivalent is used to research the gas leakage characteristics of shielding box sealing structure of high-power radial line spiral array antenna. Firstly expounding the method of equivalent area, then combined with the actual situation and the related formulas to obtain the equivalent area of sealing structure. On this basis, the gas leakage process of sealing structure has carried on the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation, and the complete gas leak test is verified. Research calculation, the numerical simulation is more accurate with the faster, more cost savings and distribution characteristics of gas parameters can be achieved. The method provides the means for rapid implementation the gas leakage characteristics analysis of antenna sealing structure.
