摘要: 本文给出了X 波段250kW 连续波速调管电子枪及注-波互作用系统的设计。注-波互作用系统由6 个腔组成,一维大信号程序计算结果表明互作用效率大于50%,增益大于50dB。设计的电子枪导流系数1.0μp,采用电磁线包聚焦系统,优化计算得到电子注填充比0.6,电子注波动小于6%。Abstract: This paper describes the design of the RF circuit and gun for an X-band high power CW klystron. The RF circuit consists of six cavities. One-dimensional large signal simulation results indicate that the circuit has an efficiency of more than 50% with a saturated gain of 50dB. The gun has a perveance of 1.0μp. The beam focusing system is a solenoid magnet structure. Simulation indicates that the beam-to-tunnel radial fill factor less than 0.6, and the beam ripple less than 7%.
