X 波段过模RBWO 的热腔模式成分研究

    Analysis of the Hot-Cavity Mode Composition of an X-Band Overmoded RBWO

    • 摘要: 过模RBWO 由于其高功率容量的优点而得到越来越多的应用。但是,过模RBWO 的SWS 两端同时包含有多个TM0n 模式,为实现对过模SWS 两端的反射器的设计,需明确TM0n 的模式成分。国防科大已就O 型Cerenkov 高功率微波振荡器的输出模式成分分析进行了详细的研究,但是对于有电子束存在的区域,必须考虑电子束对模式成分的影响。本文在前人工作的基础上推导了含电子束的色散方程,并借此对一个X波段过模RBWO的热腔模式成分进行了初步研究。

       

      Abstract: Overmoded RBWO is utilized more and more often for its high power capacity. However, the both sides of SWS of overmoded RBWO consist multi TM0n modes, in order to achieve the design of reflector, it’s essential to make clear of the mode composition of TM0n. NUDT had done research of the mode composition in overmoded O-type Cerenkov HPM Oscillators in detail, but in the area electron beam exists, the influence of electron beam must be taken account of. Hot-cavity dispersion equation is figured out in this article first, and then analyzes the hot-cavity mode composition of an X-band overmoded RBWO tentatively.
