Abstract:
On the stainless steel circle cathode, graphitzing carbon nanotube(CNTS) films were synthesized by pyrolysis. If the long pulse was up to 0.80MV, the emission relativity beam current was 9.1kA. When the high-current emission repetitive frequency was 5Hz, the threshold electrical field was lawer than graphite cathode but higher than stainless steeel cathode, the emission was stabilization and the plasma divergence speed was minimum.After multiple emission, the morphology of CNTS was intact, the desorption from the interface of CNTs with the basal body wasn’t occur.
