瞬时超宽谱多脉冲产生技术研究

    Technological Research on Instant UWB Multi-pulse Generation System

    • 摘要: 通过对国内外瞬时多脉冲产生技术的调研,结合超宽谱脉冲的特点,开展了三种瞬时超宽谱多脉冲产生技术研究。脉冲分割方式由于需要多个开关,而每个开关都存在一定的导通电感和导通电阻,会导致被分割的脉冲前沿变缓,同时幅度变小;形成线串联方式虽然存在开关电容、隔离电感等的影响,但通过优化获得了较稳定的双脉冲输出;多脉冲合成方式利用磁性材料的特殊性能来传输和隔离脉冲,但现有的一些磁性材料的响应速度不够,即在ns 脉冲下,磁芯的工作点来不及变化,并未起到磁隔离的作用。

       

      Abstract: Three technical ways of generating UWB instant multi-pulse are expounded and the experimental project is completed which bases on investigating about multi-pulse generation and characteristic of UWB pulse. Technical way of pulse division includes many switchs, so the rising time becomes long and amplitude becomes diminution because of every switch includes connective inductance and connective resistance. Technical way of series pulse former line can obtain stable two pulses although the switch capacitance and isolation inductance have influence on output pulse. Technical way of pulse synthesis which use magnetic materical transmit and isolation pulses, but response speed of the existing magnetic materical is too slow, so the working point of magnetic materical can not become when the pulse width is ns. The existing magnetic materical can not isolate pulses.
