三路平面二极管发射同步性实验研究

    Experimental Investigation on Emission Synchronization of Three Planar Diodes

    • 摘要: 研究了单台脉冲功率源驱动三路并联真空二极管的爆炸发射电流的同步性和波形,设计了三路并联二极管和相关探测传感器。在此基础上进行了实验研究,结果表明,在单台脉冲功率源驱动下,三路并联二极管启动时间基本同步,波形基本一致。该研究结果对研制单台脉冲功率源驱动多路高功率微波器件合成输出的新型高功率微波装置提供了基础依据。

       

      Abstract: This paper has built the experiment equipment and sensors to investigate the emission synchronization and current oscillograph of three diodes driven by single inductive storage pulse power generator. It shows that the three same parallel diodes driven by single pulse generator begin to emit the electrons at almost the same time and the current oscillographs are almost the same . This result can build the basic possibility of a new high power microwave(HPM) system combined by many HPM oscillators driven by single pulse generator.
