微波短脉冲时域合成效率研究

    Research on Combination Efficiency of Microwave Short-Pulse in Time Domain

    • 摘要: 功率合成是未来微波技术的重要发展方向之一,通常对于高功率微波雷达、超宽带雷达等新型系统,其辐射脉冲的宽度多在ns 至数十ns 量级,研究功率合成技术时不仅需要考虑合成单元输出相位的相干性,同时在时域上也必须考虑各短脉冲之间的延时抖动对功率合成影响。基于数理统计方法,推导计算了高斯和矩形两种典型脉冲在不同延时抖动分布特性下,微波短脉冲时域合成效率的理论预估公式,并将理论预估公式与数值模拟计算结果进行了对比分析,验证了理论预估公式的合理性,为后续微波短脉冲功率合成系统的技术研究提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: Microwave power combination is one of the most technologies and the research highlights in the future. The pulse width of high power microwave radar and ultra-wideband radar is between several ns and tens of ns. It is necessary to consider not only the pulse phase coherence but also the time delay jitter of the power unit when researching microwave short-pulse power combination technology. An estimation formula of power combination efficiency in time domain was studied by the method of probability in this paper,and the validity of the formula was proved by numerical simulation,which provides a reference for the design of microwave short-pulse power combination research.
