Abstract: The reason of Signal Integrity（SI）problem in communication channel was analyzed. Pre-emphasis design method in analog shaping filter to solve the SI problems of communication channel was proposed in this paper. The analog shaping filter was designed. The amplitude compensation and the phase equalization are considered in the design. The simulated and test results of the filter were given in the paper. The modulating signal was tested with the filter in communication system，proving that the SI problem was improved significantly. Finally we tested the communication property with the filter，and the bit error rate was decreased by 2 orders of magnitude.
