微型无线传感器内电小环天线设计
Design of Electrically Small Antenna in Micro Wireless Sensor

摘要: 针对某微型智能传感器设计了一款工作在ISM 433.05 ~434.79 MHz频段的电小环天线。通过集总加载技术,并对尺寸优化,天线仅有尺寸18 mm′1 mm′13 mm(0.02l′0.001l′0.02l,l为434 MHz对应波长)。天线较小的体积可以与射频电路实现三维封装。通过集总加载的电容与电感调节阻抗匹配,仿真结果表明天线的-10 dB带宽大于7 MHz(大于1%),辐射增益大于0.5 dBi。对天线加工实物并测试,测试结果与仿真结果具有较好的一致性,测量带宽约4 MHz,并且辐射效率大于20%,方向图几乎是全向的。与传统ISM频段的433 MHz天线相比具有尺寸更小,结构简单,易调谐等特点,天线可应用于最新的可穿戴设备、微型传感器及无线智能硬件。Abstract: In allusion to one micro wireless sensor, an electrically small loop antenna working at ISM 433.05 ~434.79 MHz frequency band is designed by loading lumped elements, structure optimization and encapsulated with the radio frequency circuit. The size of antenna is only 18 mm′1 mm′13 mm(0.02l′0.001l′0.002l, l:the wavelength). By the means of adjusting the values of capacitance and inductance, good simulated impedance can be achieved, which is beyond 7 MHz of -10 dB impedance bandwidth and gain of antenna is over 0.5 dBi. Then a prototype of antenna has been fabricated and tested. The measured results are according with the simulated, where the measured bandwidth is 4 MHz and the radiation efficiency is beyond 20%. The radiation pattern is almost omnidirectional. Compared to the traditional antennas working at 434 MHz,it has advantage of smaller size and compact, easy to tune and has good prospects for the wearable devices, the micro sensor and intelligent hardware.
