一种过孔和枝节加载的带通滤波器设计

    Design of Via and Stub Resonator Loaded Band-pass Filter

    • 摘要: 为实现射频电路小型化,提出采用具有通带特性的过孔为主体结构、加载开路枝节以及短路枝节谐振器的设计方法,实现一种新型带通滤波器。在仿真优化的基础上进行实物加工测试,实物体积为40mm×20mm×0.9mm,实测结果表明,该滤波器的工作频带为1.36~2.83 GHz,相对带宽70.2%,通带内插入损耗小于1.5 dB,带内回波损耗小于-15dB,带外最大抑制小于-40dB,实测结果和仿真结果吻合良好。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the characterization of circuit miniaturization, the design method was proposed on via subject structure loaded with open and short stub resonator object structure, of which the new band-pass filter is now available. After the simulation and optimization, the physical processing test was carried out, and the volume size of the filter is 40 mm ×20 mm×0.9 mm, and the operating frequency can reach the range of 1.36 ~2.83 GHz, relative bandwidth is 70.2%, the insertion loss in band is less than 1.5dB, the return loss is better than -15dB, the maximum suppression outside the band is better than -40dB. The measured values are in good agreement with the simulated values.
