民机雷击附着区域的划分仿真研究

    Study of Numerical Simulation of Civil Aircrafts Attachment Points and Lightning Zoning

    • 摘要: 雷击直接威胁民航飞机的飞行安全,雷击附着点和雷击附着区域的划分是雷击防护设计的首要步骤。基于此,采用三维电磁仿真软件CST 中电磁工作室,利用边界单元法对多个等比例民机雷电附着区域划分进行有限元仿真分析研究。通过MATLAB 软件线性拟合民机1A 区域边缘结构电场强度与飞机最大电场强度的比值和飞机尺寸的关系,根据拟合公式对国产民机雷击附着区域完成划分,仿真分析结果与标准理论分区进行对比。结果表明,该拟合结果有效,对民机的雷击防护设计有着重要的参考意义。

       

      Abstract: The lightning is a threat to the safety of flying aircraft, while the division of lightning attachment points and lightning zoning are the first step in lightning protection design. Based on this, Simulation methods based on finite element are used to simulate lightning zoning on the many equal proportion model of civil aircrafts by boundary element method with EM studio of the 3D electromagnetic simulation software CST. The relationship between the size of aircraft and the ratio of electric field intensity at edge of 1A region to aircraft maximum electric field intensity is linearly fitted by MATLAB software. According to the fitting relationship, the lightning zoning of domestic civil aircraft is divided, and the numerical results are compared with the standard theory partition. The results show that the fitting results are effective and have important reference significance for the lightning protection design of civil aircrafts.
