软件无线电在矢量反射系数测量中的应用

    Application of Software Radio in Vector Reflection Coefficient Measurement

    • 摘要: 为实现低成本测量,采用LimeSDR 软件无线电模块、定向耦合器和GNU Radio Compainon 软件联合搭建出矢量反射系数(微波S 参数之一)最简测量系统。为验证该测量系统的准确性,先用该系统测量3 个已知的校准件(开路、短路、负载),并结合这3 个校准件采用精确矢量网络分析仪测量得到的准确数据,计算出该测量系统微波网络的误差参数,用于对被测件测量结果的误差修正,从而获得被测件实际的矢量反射系数。与用矢量网络分析仪测量同一被测件的实验结果对比,表明所搭建的测量系统具有较高的测量精度,且同时具有成本低、配置灵活、可扩展性强的特点。

       

      Abstract: In order to realize low-cost measurement of vector reflection coefficient, a vector reflection coefficient (one type of S parameter)measurement system is built with LimeSDR software radio module, directional coupler and GNU Radio Compainon software in this paper. In order to verify the accuracy of the system, the data of three calibration parts (open circuit, short circuit, load) are measured, combined with the actual parameters of the calibration parts measured by the vector network analyzer, and the error parameters of the microwave network are calculated. Then, a specially selected device (SSD) is measured and error correction is performed to obtain its vector reflection coefficient. Compared with the experimental results of measuring the same SSD with a vector network analyzer, the results show that the built measurement system has high measurement accuracy, and the system has the characteristics of low cost, flexible configuration and strong scalability.
