基于漏泄矩形波导的低副瓣漏波天线

    Leaky-Wave Antenna with Low Sidelobe Property Based on the Leaky Rectangular Waveguide

    • 摘要: 设计了一种基于长直缝隙漏泄矩形波导的低副瓣漏波天线。基于有效辐射段理论将漏波天线等效成线源模型,分析线源模型的有效辐射段结构,然后针对天线某一副瓣对应的有效辐射段,缩小该处的缝隙宽度直接抑制该副瓣水平,同时通过增大天线主瓣对应的有效辐射段缝隙宽度间接抑制副瓣水平。两种方法都能不同程度实现天线的低副瓣特性,利用仿真软件验证,副瓣电平最大可降低11.5 dB。

       

      Abstract: A leaky-wave antenna with low sidelobe property is proposed based on the leaky rectangular waveguide.The leaky-wave antenna is first equivalent to the line-source model and then the segments of the line-source that mainly contribute to the far-field radiation are figured out according to the theory of the “effective radiation segments”. The low sidelobe property of the leaky-wave antenna is realized directly by narrowing the corresponding slot segments of a sidelobe and indirectly by widening the corresponding slot segments of the main lobe respectively. Both of the two methods can reduce the sidelobe level at different extents, at most by about 11. 5 dB at 10 GHz, which is verified by CST simulations.
