摘要: 设计并制备了一种基于耶路撒冷十字图案的频率选择表面(FSS)吸波结构。吸波结构基本单元是由石墨烯耶路撒冷十字结构、高发泡聚氨酯泡沫和金属铝板组成。通过电磁仿真软件,探究了FSS 的单元结构参数对吸波结构电磁性能的影响。仿真结果表明,吸波结构的相对带宽和吸收效果可以通过改变FSS单元参数来调节。采用遗传算法对FSS吸波结构进行参数优化并制备了吸波结构样件。利用单喇叭测试系统对样件的反射率进行了测试,测试结果与仿真结果基本一致,结果表明该吸波结构在反射率为-20 dB 以下的相对带宽为0.72,且在8.6-18.0 GHz 的频率范围内均可达99%以上的吸收效果。Abstract: A frequency selective surface (FSS) absorbing structure based on the Jerusalem cross pattern is designed and prepared. The basic unit of the absorbing structure is composed of graphene Jerusalem cross structure, high-foaming polyurethane foam and metal aluminum plate. Through electromagnetic simulation software, the influence of FSS unit structure parameters on the electromagnetic performance of the absorbing structure is explored. The simulation results show that the relative bandwidth and absorption effect of the absorbing structure can be adjusted by changing the parameters of the FSS unit. The genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of the FSS absorbing structure and the sample of the absorbing structure is prepared. The reflectivity of the sample is tested with a single horn test system. The test results are basically consistent with the simulation results. The results show that the relative bandwidth of the absorbing structure is 0.72 when the reflectivity below -20 dB, and the absorption effect can reach more than 99% in the frequency range of 8.6-18.0 GHz.
