一种有源相控阵天线高谐波抑制设计

    High Harmonic Suppression Design of an Active Phased Array Antenna

    • 摘要: 体系化作战中,不同波段雷达距离较近时,常出现谐波干扰,雷达天线需要进行谐波抑制设计提高电磁兼容性(EMC)。文中以某相控阵雷达天线样机为例,首先建立了发射链路模型,并据此分析了谐波来源及传播路径;然后,从屏蔽隔离和传输链路两条路径进行谐波抑制设计。一方面,通过功率器件的封装、T/ R 组件的壳体以及密闭的高频舱实现三级屏蔽隔离设计;另一方面,给链路中的环形器、滤波器、天线以及阵列合成等环节分配了谐波抑制指标,并分别介绍了实现方法。最后介绍了该样机的发射谐波测试结果,其谐波抑制能力达到了-130 dBc 以上。

       

      Abstract: In systematic operations, radars of different bands are often deployed in near area. In this case, the harmonic radiation of the low-band radar may interfere with other high-band radars. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the harmonic suppression ability of antenna when designing a radar, so as to improve the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of the whole combat system. In this paper, firstly, the transmitting link model of typical phased array antenna is established, and the source and propagation path of harmonics are analyzed. Then, the harmonic suppression is carried out from two paths: shielding isolation and link suppression. On the one hand, the three-stage shielding isolation is carried out through the packaging of power amplifier module, the shell of T/ R module and the all-metal closed high-frequency cabin. On the other hand, harmonic suppression targets are assigned to circulator, filter, radiating element antenna and array synthesis in the transmitting link, and the realization methods of harmonic suppression of each part are introduced respectively. Finally, the measured results of emission harmonics are introduced, and the harmonic suppression ability above -130 dBc is achieved.
