Abstract:
Based on hybrid microwave integrated circuit (HMIC) technology, a Ka-band multi-channel transceiver module is designed. The transceiver component is composed of four receive links, two transmit links, an attenuation control module, a phase-locked dielectric resonator oscillator (PLDRO) and a power module. The test shows that its transmit power achieves 36 dBm, the receive gain obtains 70 dB, the receive link can achieve gain control of 0-62 dB, the transmit link can achieve gain control of 0-31 dB, the isolation degree between channels can reach 80 dBc, realizing the technical requirements of high power, high gain and large dynamic gain range. It has high engineering application value.
