适用于化学合成的微波炉的改造与性能测定

    Performance Determination of a Modified Microwave Oven Suitable for Chemical Syntheses

    • 摘要: 普通微波炉已不适用于微波化学的进一步研究需要。在微波炉腔上下壁打孔.并装上一段截止波导及扼流装置,可便于安装冷凝回流管及搅拌器等.使微波炉改造为适用于化学合成。其微波泄漏可低于1mW/cm2。在炉腔内装入250ml以上极性溶剂可满足微波炉磁控管正常工作需要,而非极性溶剂则难以满足。本文也给出微波化学合成的一些初步结果,显示微波对加速化学合成的巨大潜力。

       

      Abstract: The domestic microwave oven is not suitable for further needs of chemical research. Fitted with a length of cur-off waveguide and a chok system onto the walls of a microwaveoven so as to install a reflux tube and stirrer .it is proved that the modified microwave oven is suitable for chemical synthesis. The microwave leakage of the modified oven is less than 1mW/cm2.Some results of chemical synthesis conducted in the oven is also reported,which shows the accelerated effects of microwave on the chemical synthesis.
