Abstract: The changes of temperature responding mechanism with different microwave parameters in vegetable oils were investigated.It was found that the temperature time curves and their linearity could be affected greatly by the microwave radiation intensity.As a result,a serial of mathematical models were established to describe the relationships between temperature of the oils and irradiating time at different microwave radiation intensities,and the temperature measurement properties with T thermocouple during microwave irradiation were also discussed.
