Abstract: An equivalent circuit model of series cantilever MEMS switch has been established in this paper. Based on the model, the microwave properties of series cantilever MEMS switch are studied and compared with the simulation results by finite element method. The results show that the model established in this paper is valid for computing the properties of MEMS switch.
