多层吸波材料的数值优化设计

    Numerical Optimization Design Applied to the Multi-layer Radar Absorbing Materials

    • 摘要: 在多层的复合吸波材料研究中,为达到薄、轻、宽等设计要求,通常需要采取有效的优化设计。本文基于各层的电磁参数的实测值,构造了合理的目标函数,再用计算机数值计算方法对各层的厚度和整体材料的吸波性能进行优化,从而提高了材料的研究效率。用这种方法指导制备出的多层结构型吸波材料在8-18GHz内反射率均低于-10dB。

       

      Abstract: In order to meet the design requirements of multi layer absorbing materials, such as thin in thickness, light in weight, and broad in absorbing band, an effective optimization is needed to carry on preliminarily. Based on the experimental data of electromagnetic parameters of each layer, an object function is constructed appropriately, and then applying the numerical method one can optimize the radar absorbing property of the whole composite. Hence the effectivity of material research is improved. Under the optimizing method, A radar absorbing material is developed, which has a nice property reflectivity below -10dB within band from 8 to 18GHz.
