Abstract: Circular Waveguide was excited with a coaxial line probe placed in the radial direction. The expressions for the input impedance of the probe were derived. The analysis was carried out by equivalent circuit method. Experimental measurements present that single coaxial line probe matches with circular waveguide very well. The theoretical results are close agreement with the experimental data.
