一种低通带波纹的EBG带阻滤波器

    An EBG Band-stop Filter with Low Ripples in Pass-bands

    • 摘要: 分析了串联加载的电磁带隙结构(EBG)带阻滤波器的通带波纹,比较了电容、电感和并联谐振加载的影响,设计和制作了一种低通带波纹的EBG带阻滤波器。该结构共有4个周期,通过在微带线的接地面上蚀刻螺旋形结构来实现。滤波器的中心频率为2.44GHz,阻带中心衰减大于50dB,相邻通带内的波纹小于0.29dB。仿真结果与试验结果相吻合,说明了分析和设计的正确性。

       

      Abstract: This paper analyzes ripples in pass-bands of series loaded Electromagnetic Bandgap(EBG) band-stop filters.The effects of capacitor,inductor and parallel resonance on ripple are compared.An EBG band-stop filter with low ripples in pass-bands has been designed and fabricated as well.The filter has 4 periods.And it is realized by etching spiral slots on the ground of a microstrip.The filter has a center frequency of 2.44GHz.Its attenuation at stop-band center is more than 50dB,while ripples in adjacent pass-bands are less than 0.29dB.The coincident results of simulation and measurement validate the analysis and design.
