宽阻带阶跃阻抗发夹线带通滤波器设计

    A Bandpass Filter with Broad Stopband Using Stepped Impedance Hairpin Resonators

    • 摘要: 提出了新的抑制微带带通滤波器寄生通带的方法。这种方法通过级联阶跃阻抗发夹线谐振器构成的椭圆函数低通滤波器于带通滤波器的输入/输出端,显著改善了后者的阻带抑制特性。本文基于新的等效电路模型,推导出了此类低通滤波器的阻带传输零点位置。设计了L波段宽阻带阶跃阻抗发夹线带通滤波器验证了理论分析和设计过程的正确性。

       

      Abstract: A novel method to suppress the spurious response of microstrip bandpass filter is proposed in this paper.By cascading lowpass filter using stepped impedance hairpin resonator,the stopband rejection of a bandpass filter can be significantly improved.Equation for stopband transmission zeros of such lowpass filter is derived from a new equivalent circuit model.All the theoretical analysis and design procedures have been successfully verified by the design of an L-band broad stopband bandpass filter.
