Ka波段宽带、大动态平方律检波器的研制

    Development of a Wide-Band, Wide-Dynamic-Range Square-Law Diode Detector of Ka Band

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种宽带、大动态平方律检波器的电路设计,分析了宽带、大动态检波电路的工作原理,通过理论计算和模拟仿真得出,当射频输入源阻抗约是检波电路二极管动态电阻的14%时,检波器的平方律动态范围最大;文中还介绍了检波电路射频回路、视频回路及宽带阻抗变换电路的设计。此检波器在26.5~40GHz范围内实测得到,检波器平方律动态范围(Dr)〉29dB。

       

      Abstract: This paper describes the circuit design of a wide-band, wide-dynamic-range square-law diode detector, and analyses the operation theory of the circuit. The theoretic calculation and simulation show that when input RF source impedance is about 14 percent of the diode's dynamic resistance, the detector's square-law dynamic range is the widest. This paper also gives the design method of RF loop, video frequency loop and wide-band impedance transform network. The measured dynamic range is more than 29dB between 26.5GHz and 40GHz.
