一种新型超宽带带通滤波器的设计与实现

摘要: 传统的超宽带带通滤波器阻带较窄,不能有效抑制谐波。为了抑制超宽带系统中的高次谐波,进一步提高接收机的灵敏度,在分析叉指谐振器、半圆型缺陷地结构和阶梯阻抗并联枝节结构的基础上,设计了一种新颖的超宽带带通滤波器,该滤波器具有较好的阻带特性。最后使用Agilent N5230A矢量网络分析仪对其进行测试,测试结果表明该滤波器工作频带为3.1~10.6GHz,通带内插损小于1.5dB,上阻带的工作频率可以超过18GHz,抑制电平达到-10dB,能有效抑制谐波。Abstract: A conventional UWB band-pass filter has narrow stopband and can not suppress harmonics effectively.Based on analyzing interdigital resonator and semicircle defected ground structure and stepped-impedance shunt stub structures,a new microstrip band-pass filter is designed,which has good stopband performance and can suppress harmonics and improve sensitivity.The proposed filter tested by Agilent N5230A vector network analyzer has working frequency of 3.1~10.6GHz.The insertion loss is less than 1.5dB in pass-band and the upper-stopband with more than-10dB attenuation is up to 18GHz.The designed filter can effectively suppress harmonics.
