Abstract:
A method of extending reverberation chamber based on mirror symmetry is put forward, and the mechanism of improving field performance is analyzed. A single reverberation chamber and a symmetrical reverberation chamber are numerical calculated. In order to study the feasibility of this method, effects of mirror symmetry reverberation chamber on field performance of reverberation chamber including field strength and field uniformity are studied. The results show that mirror symmetry reverberation chamber extends working space, improves strength of electric field and field uniformity. The problem of high power amplifier is resolved using multiple antennas.
