3mm波段四次谐波混频器阵的研究

    Research on Fourth Harmonic Mixer Array in 3mm Band

    • 摘要: 采用微带结构研制出3毫米波段8路四次谐波混频器阵。该混频器核心器件采用型号为MS8251的GaAs梁式引线肖特基势垒二极管对。设计了一种便于组阵结构的四次谐波混频器,把混频器分解为反向二极管对模块和双工器模块。反向二极管对模块和双工器模块电路分别设计和安装在厚度为0.127mm和0.254mm的RT/Duriod 5880基片上。实测混频器的最低变频损耗为17dB。

       

      Abstract: An array of 8 fourth harmonic mixers is presented with micro-strip at 3mm wave length. The key device of the mixer is a pair of GaAs beam lead opposed Schottky diodes(type MS8251). This paper presents a novel fourth harmonic mixer which consists of opposed diode pair module and diplexer module. Opposed diode pair module and diplexer module are fabricated on the RT/duroid 5880 with 0.127 mm and 0.254mm respectively . The measurement results show that the lowest conversion loss is about 17dB.
