基于完美吸波超材料的缝隙天线设计

    Design of Slot Antenna Based on Perfect Absorbing Metamaterial

    • 摘要: 为了改善波导缝隙天线的辐射和散射性能,设计了一种方形环结构的完美吸波超材料(Square LoopPerfect Absorbing Metamaterial, SLPAM),其厚度为0.0057姿,最大吸波率达99. 9%,并将此材料作为波导缝隙天线的基板,制备了完美吸波基板波导缝隙天线。仿真和实验结果表明:相比普通波导缝隙天线,优化设计的完美吸波基板波导缝隙天线的定向性得到了明显改善,同时其带内雷达散射截面(RCS)得到了有效减缩,最大减缩值达15.7dB。

       

      Abstract: To improve the radiation and scattering performance of waveguide slot antenna, a square loop perfect ab sorbing metamaterial(SLPAM) whose thickness is only 0. 0057 but with maximum absorption of 99. 9% is designed. A waveguide slot antenna with SLPAM is proposed. Simulated and measured results demonstrate that compared with the conven tional antenna, the directivity of the novel antenna with perfect absorbing metamaterial is enhanced remarkably, simultane ously, its in band radar cross section(RCS) is reduced efficiently, and the largest reduction is up to 15. 7dB.
