小F 数折衍射透镜焦区场分析
Analysis of the Focal Region with Small F Number Diffractive-Refractive Lens

摘要: 结合射线追迹法和Stratton-Chu 衍射积分公式,对一种前表面为非球面后表面为衍射面的复合折衍射透镜的焦区场分布进行了计算,分析了焦区场的矢量特性。并与单一的衍射透镜的焦区场做了比较, 减小了像差,改善了性能。Abstract: With the method of ray tracing and Stratton-Chu diffraction integral formula, we calculate a lens with non-spherical surface as the front face and diffractive surface as the back face, and analyze the vector feature of the diffracted field in focal region. The calculated results are compared with that of a single diffractive lens or refractive lens, and better performance have been obtained.
