碳纳米材料太赫兹无源元件与天线研究进展

    Review of Nano-Materials Based Components and Antennas

    • 摘要: 简述了碳纳米材料(包括碳纳米管与石墨烯)无源元件和天线方面的一些研究进展,主要集中在高频率特别是太赫兹频段。首先简要回顾了碳纳米材料电感、电容、谐振器与滤波器方面的进展,然后是基于碳纳米材料的太赫兹天线研究概述,最后简要介绍了本课题组在相关领域的一些研究成果。此外还评估了碳纳米材料在这几种应用中的优势,展望了未来太赫兹频段的一些研究方向。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the research of nano-materials (carbon naotube and graphene) based passive components and antennas are presented, which are designed to work mainly in high frequency range, especially in THz range. Firstly,the research about nano-materials based inductor and capacitor are introduced. Then, a review of nano-materials based resonator and filter is given. And then, the research progress of nano-materials based THz antenna is presented. In the last section, our research work in this field is introduced. In this paper, the advantages of nano-materials in THz regime application are also estimated, and the trend of future research is also analyized.
