毫米波回旋行波放大器的发展评述

    Review of the Gyrotron Traveling-Wave-Tube Amplifier Development

    • 摘要: 回旋行波放大器具有高频率、高功率和宽频带工作的能力,是下一代毫米波高分辨率成像雷达发射机的首选电磁波功率源,具有重要的应用前景。本文介绍了目前国际上毫米波回旋行波放大器的研究发展状况,对其涉及的关键技术及面临的主要问题进行了评述,指出了回旋行波管未来的发展方向,对我国下一代高功率毫米波源的发展具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: The gyrotron traveling-wave-tube amplifier (Gyro-TWT) is capable of high frequency, broad bandwidth,and high power operation. It has become one of the most promising microwave source candidates for the millimeter-wave high resolution imaging radar of the next generation. This paper introduces the present state of gyro-TWT development in detail,comments on a series of key techniques related, and reveals the direction of its future trend, which is of importance for the domestic development of the next generation high power millimeter-wave microwave sources.
