基于反向并联二极管对的D波段次谐波混频器

    DBand Sub-harmonic Mixer Based on Antiparallel Schottky Diodes

    • 摘要: 设计并制作了一个D波段次谐波混频器。该混频器使用VDI公司反向并联肖特基二极管对,安装在50μm厚的石英基片悬置微带上。通过HFSS和ADS的联合设计仿真,混频器在射频频率141~158GHz频段内变频损耗低于10dB,在149 GHz处获得最佳变频损耗7.8dB。最后加工了实物并进行了测试,结果显示,在138~155GHz范围内,变频损耗基本小于20dB,带内最低损耗在10dB左右。该混频器具有结构简单,容易制造,变频损耗低等优点。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, we design a compact dual-polarized antenna which can operate at 2. 45 GHz band of wireless local area networks (WLAN). The antenna is composed of double symmetrical structure dielectric plates,the four sides of radiation patch are cut into the convex-shape, which can achieve miniaturization and effectively expand antenna bandwidth. Meanwhile four symmetrical cross slots are cut in the ground plane, it can further broaden the antenna bandwidth, and signif icantly reduce the overall size of the antenna and improve the performance of the antenna radiation. The measured results are obtained: the relative impedance bandwidth of the designed antenna is over 9. 1% (2. 37 ~ 2. 59GHz), the return loss is less than -10dB, the isolation is better than 33dB, and the maximum gain is 3. 63dBi, these results show the designed antenna has wide band and good performance. Moreover, the antenna structure is simple and compact, which is also easier to be fabricated and integrated, and is to be suited for mobile terminal.
