新型低剖面辐射单元及小型双极化天线

    Novel Low-Profile Radiation Element and Compact Dual-Polarized Antenna

    • 摘要: 基站天线大都利用对称振子辐射单元组成,而常规对称振子的高度通常为工作中心频率的1/4 波长左右。提出一种新型的低剖面对称振子辐射单元,高度只为工作中心频率的1/8 波长,在1. 71 ~2. 17GHz 的宽频带范围内,具有良好的阻抗特性和辐射特性。采用电磁仿真软件ANSOFT HFSS 建模仿真,实现了一款小型双极化天线,其体积达到同频率常规天线的一半,而且实测结果与仿真数据相吻合。该天线性能稳定,造价成本低,实用价值很大。

       

      Abstract: Dipole is the most common radiation element used for base-station antenna, with the height being 1/4lof the operator frequency. This paper present a novel low-profile dipole, the height can drop to 1/8lof the operator frequency, and the impedance and the radiation characteristics achieved a good result within 1. 72 ~2. 17GHz. Electromagnetic simulation software ANSOFT HFSS was used to model and simulate a compact dual-polarized antenna, which can cut half of the volume to the conventional antenna. Meanwhile, the experimental results coincide with the simulation. Thus, this antenna have great practical value with small size,low cost and stability performance.
