D 波段行波管中衰减器的设计

    Design a Attenuator in D Band Traveling-Wave Tube

    • 摘要: 随着行波管工作频率的提高,特别是到了太赫兹频段以后,行波管技术的发展面临着越来越多的挑战,衰减器便是其中非常重要的核心部件之一。本文从材料的选择、结构的优化两方面出发,利用三维模拟软件CST 微波工作室进行模拟计算,研制出适合D 波段行波管使用的氧化铝衰减器。冷测结果显示,其匹配和衰减量满足实际需求,为制作D波段行波管放大器奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: While the operation frequency of the travelling wave tube increases, especially in the THz, the travelling wave tube faces more challenges, the attenuator is one of the most important parts. This paper designs an attenuator for the D band TWT from the choice of the materials and the optimization of the structure, with the help of CST. The cold test shows that the reflectance and the loss of the attenuator satisfies the need of the TWT. It bases the manufacture of the D band travelling wave tube.
