一种高功率旋转场移相器的设计方法

    A Design Method of High Power Rotary-Field Phase-Shifter

    • 摘要: 介绍了一种高功率旋转场移相器的设计方法。通过对铁氧体材料、结构、电性能多方面设计考虑,研制出一种相移精度高、调制插损小和功率容量高的移相器,其具体指标为X 波段、峰值功率1700 W、平均功率200W、相移精度优于2°、转换时间小于300ms。该方法在结构设计、功率设计方面有独到之处,为后续类似产品的设计提供了新的思路。

       

      Abstract: A design method of high power rotary-field phase-shifter is introduced. By considering the ferrite material,structure and microwave performances, an X-band phase-shifter having high phase-shift accuracy, low insertion loss modulation and high power capability is developed. Its peak power is larger than 1700 W,average power is larger than 200 W,phase shift accuracy is better than 2°,and transition time is less than 300 ms . This is a novel method in structure designing and power considering which can provide new ideas for designing similar products.
