射频系统的电源电磁兼容设计

    EMC Design of Power Supply for Radio Frequency System

    • 摘要: 射频系统中,电源方面的干扰有多种,一旦设计考虑不周全,就会带来许多不必要的干扰和噪声信号,降低通信系统的预期设计指标,从而使得通信性能大打折扣。抑制和削弱电源带来的干扰和噪声信号,对于整机的通信性能提升尤为关键,文章分别从电源器件的选取、印制板电源层和地层的设置、电源器件布局、电源屏蔽和隔离、电源滤波和退耦、电源走线等方面进行了探讨,有效抑制和削弱射频系统电源干扰,提高射频系统电磁兼容能力。并提出了相应的解决手段,将其应用到工程实践中,取得不错的实际效果。

       

      Abstract: In radio frequency system, the interference exists in many different ways, once the design of the supply power is not considered comprehensive, it will cause much unwanted interference and noise, which can decrease the expected design target and discount the performance of communications system. How to suppress and weaken the interference and noise? It is a key to reach the communication system KPI of equipment. This article discusses these problems from the follow- ing aspects: selection of power supply components, setting of power supply layers and ground layers, layout of power supply components, shielding and isolation of different power supply, filtering and decoupling of power supply, even power supply routing, and so on . Those means can improve EMC effectively. This design of power supply of this article also refers to the corresponding solutions, and applied them to the practical design.
