Abstract: Some information of microwave and millimeter-wave semiconductor device’s development are introduced.Solid-state microwave millimeter-wave semiconductor materials and devices, solid-state microwave millimeter-wave circuits and modules, millimeter wave and terahertz technology, and new solid-state microwave millimeter-wave devices have made great progress in recent years,they have wide application prospects in the fields of phased array radar, electronic warfare and civil and military communication,mainly used in various T/R components.
