微波大功率发射机的小型化宽脉冲设计

    Miniaturization and Wide-Pulse Design of Microwave High Power Transmitter

    • 摘要: 结合研制实践,介绍了一种用于车载式雷达的C 波段多注速调管发射机,其特点是脉冲宽度宽、输出功率高、机动性高、可靠性高,在平原及高原多种环境条件下均可长期稳定工作。对发射机的设计思想和系统组成作了阐述,并通过与以往同等功率量级的发射机设计方法的比较,从宽脉冲全固态调制器设计、高稳定度高压电源设计、小型化轻型化结构设计、高原适应性设计等四个方面重点讨论了该发射机研制中的设计改进思路和实现效果。

       

      Abstract: Based on the development practice, a C-band multi-beam klystron transmitter for vehicle radar is introduced. The transmitter is characterized by wide pulse width, high output power, high maneuverability and high reliability. It can work stably for a long time under various environmental conditions of plain and plateau. The design scheme and system composition of the transmitter are described in this paper. By comparing with the previous transmitter design methods of the same power level, the improvements and implementation effects are given. The emphases are focused on the design methods from four aspects: wide-pulse design of all-solid-state modulator, design of high voltage power supply with high stability, miniaturized and lightweight structural design, plateau adaptive design.
